Fitzwilliam Farmers filled to overflowing a market basket generously donated by Peterboro Baskets: eggs, bread, garlic, muffins, cookies, herb plants, a wool felted pillow. Our winner was Bertha Maxwell of Winchendon. Matt Jones of Fitzwilliam won a stay at The Little House Guest Cottage.

Perhaps you have been enjoying the bounty of the market all summer long. Will you miss the market each Saturday? You will now be able to find your bread and eggs along with other items by visiting your farmers on this web site.

Explore the market menu to your left. Place your order by Friday for pick up on Saturday morning.

This week The Dache Garden will be offering yellow onions, garlic, La Ratte fingerling potatoes, gourds, Yugoslavian red lettuce, red cabbage, sunflower heads (dried), watermelons, small pie pumpkins, quince/crab apples for jelly, hundspun yarns (angora, llama, sheep), as well as fiber for spinners and felters-

Sandra of Sandra's Bread Farm will be baking bread once a month for delivery on the first Saturday of the month.  Her first delivery will be for Saturday November 1. She will need all orders in by Tuesday, October 28th 5 PM. Sandra will bake one variety a month, plus gluten free bread, and some quick breads. Email with suggestions of your favorite varieties. Check her farm page for hints on how to freeze and reheat her bread.
