Vendors (members) must be Fitzwilliam, NH area agricultural producers.
Producers may sell at the market only what they grow. (supplementing 25% from other regional growers during harvest shortfalls is allowed).
Out of state (regional) produce should be marked as such.
Minimum prices will be based on current NH Weekly Market bulletin.
Venders must have their farm liability insurance coverage extended to include their products and stand at this market.
All costs of the market operation are paid for on a fair share basis. Yearly fee is $65.00. Weekly fee is $10.00
Each vendor has one vote on issues. Vendors sharing a space will have one vote.
New vendors will be accepted with a majority vote of the present vendors.
Vendors will notify Market Director at least 24 hours in advance of their not attending the market that week.
Selling begins only at start-up and ends at closing time.
Each vendor's selling space should not exceed a 10' by10' area unless otherwise allowed.
